Our Mission & Vision

The mission of Dungeness Valley Lutheran Church is to reach out and share the good news of Christ's healing love in all aspects of our lives.  To fulfill this mission we will: worship and glorify God, grow in personal understanding of Jesus Christ, share the good news of our Lord with all people, and care for and serve each other and all of god's people.

Leadership Team:

Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

Pastor Russ Britton

Pastor Russ and his family joined the congregation of DVLC in the summer of 2018. He delights in seeing God at work as he is blessed to serve this outreach focused community. He is compelled by the joy given as gift from God, the mystery that God remains, and the peace and consolation that only God can give. He has previously served congregations in Colorado, Utah, and Minnesota. Along with his wife and son, they delight in reading, fitness, music, and time with friends and family. He would be honored to listen to the sacredness of your story and would be willing to be a part of milestones on your journey of life and faith.

Please reach out to Pastor Russ at
